Just 100 meters from the beach, in the heart of the new "Le Saint-Louis" residence, this superb 27 m² ground floor studio is fully equipped to offer you all the comfort you need for a successful stay. The accommodation features a bright living area with two convertible sofas (140 cm), a cozy dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals with ease. You will also find a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, and a washing machine for added convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden and a south-facing terrace, providing a pleasant setting for relaxing moments. The natural shade of a large acacia tree will allow you to enjoy refreshing breaks, even on the sunniest days. An ideal setting for a peaceful vacation, combining modern comfort with immediate proximity to the sea.

I love exploring hidden gems in the region, discovering cozy little restaurants, and enjoying dreamy beaches. With RIBOLEYS, my goal is simple: to offer you a warm welcome and share my favorite spots for an unforgettable holiday. Pack your bags, I’m waiting for you with a big smile!
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels. If you prefer, bed linen and towel kits are available upon request. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. If you wish, we can handle the end-of-stay cleaning for you. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If cleaning fees are not shown during booking, they must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are welcome in this accommodation under certain conditions.
