j'ai commencé a faire de la location en 2004.... progressivement.... c'est une passion.... je suis à 15 logements.... sarthe, corse, martinique....

studio, propre rénové en 2021, tendance, clic-clac, terrasse avec salon de jardin, pergola, tapis vert.... residence sécurisée calme et propre standing... les individus qui laissent des porcheries après leur départ ou qui entrainent des troubles du voisinage sont signalés sur le site... petit soucis actuel depuis juin 25 avec fuite aléatoire légère de temps en temps d origine inconnue issue des étages supérieurs.... 1 à 2 fois par mois ... recherche en cours .... aiguille dans une botte de foin.... n'empêche pas de vivre dans le logement.... et les locataires sont prévevus lors remise des clés.... possibilité sur réservation et selon disponibilité d'avoir accès à une piscine privée 4x10 m et privatisée chez un ami proche....me demander si interressé....

hyper centre, proche gare, palais des congres, mediathèque, musées gratuits, cinémas, restaurant, supermarché, tram, bus, université, hôpital, cliniques, circuit, etc quartier calme, places sur parking au bas de la residence, payant de 9h a 19h, sauf dimanche, sinon rues gratuites nombreuses a quelques centaines de metres (bvd Lamartine et rues adjacentes)
