Apartment located in the nerve center of Menton in an elegant building with double entrance and lift. Private balcony / terrace overlooking the Jardins Biovès, all the services immediately nearby (restaurants / pizzerias, bars, shops, beach, casino, bus stop, train station, supermarkets, gardens, etc.). Equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant and carefree stay (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, radio, kitchen and related utensils, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, Smart TV "Netflix, Youtube , etc. ", Internet Fiber - WiFi). Two private bicycles for adults are available free of charge.
Upon your arrival you will be offered an aperitif, which you can enjoy in complete tranquility on the private balcony overlooking the Jardins Biovès. In the circumstances I will be happy to give you suggestions and useful information for a pleasant stay. I am a beginner in the hospitality sector, but nevertheless I identify with offering the services I would like to receive and find in my travels / stays.
The Jiardins Biovès are one of the places of interest in the city of Menton, during the renowned Lemon Festival, it is the centerpiece of the event (visible from the private balcony). Between the Jiardins Biovès and the beaches (free - 200 mt), you can find the Municipal Casino. Behind the building, accessible from the second entrance, there will immediately be a public garden, pedestrian only, with an artificial lake and benches, under video surveillance, where you can spend cool and relaxing afternoons. Leaving the main entrance, bars, restaurants, shopping and food shops, banks, post office, public garages, ice cream parlors, laundries, pharmacies, etc. will be immediately reachable.
