Grand studio de standing avec parking. Situé à 500m du centre de Bayonne, à 5 kms des plages. L'appartement est entièrement refait à neuf avec des matériaux de première qualité et dispose d'un balcon terrasse avec vue dégagée. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités à proximité, supermarché, restaurant, boulangerie.... Situé à 100m des bords de L'Adour où est aménagé une piste cyclable, idéal pour les promenades à vélo ou à pied.
