Situated in Caen’s city centre, the Best Western Plus Le Moderne is a non-smoking hotel and is just 1.5 km from the train station and 6 km from Carpiquet Airport. The Château Ducal is only a 2-minute walk away and the Caen Abbeys are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. At the Best Western Plus Le Moderne each room has individually-controlled air conditioning and heating. All rooms are en suite and soundproofed. They feature spacious and individually decorated spaces. The buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the 1st floor. The hotel is set in the heart of Caen's historical district and the street is pedestrianized, guests can still unload their luggage from their vehicle in front of the hotel, before parking elsewhere.
