The accommodation comprises - 31 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV (120 cm flat screen) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, coffee maker, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) en-suite shower room separated by a curtain (no door) with Italian shower, towel rail, vanity unit, WC Communal area : - An unfenced shared garden (south/southwest facing) to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant, quiet environment planted with trees. You'll be close to all the essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets. It's also close to the entrance to Rennes and the Parc Exposition, without suffering any nuisance, and has a large plot of land.
