Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation facing South, East is composed as follows: - A living room of 21 m² with TV and sofa bed (double). There is no Wifi access. - An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, cooking plates, washing machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A balcony facing South-East, of about 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the magnificent view. For even more comfort : barbecue, fan, iron. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
