The 150 m² house is located in a large enclosed garden of 950 m², in a very quiet neighborhood. You will find a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave), a bathroom with bathtub, WC, and a bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), a bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine. Outside: south-facing terrace with table, chairs, parasol, awning, deckchairs, and barbecue. Large enclosed grounds. Many board games are available, as well as outdoor games (rackets, balls, bucket and spade for the beach, etc.). A play and office area allows you to add an extra bed if needed. Wi-Fi connection available. Baby equipment provided on request. Secure garage for bicycles. Pets are allowed in the enclosed garden for an extra fee per animal (maximum 2 animals). Close to the village of Saint-Pierre-Quiberon and Portivy. Quiberon, starting point for Belle-Île, Houat, and Hoedic. Within 30 km: Gulf of Morbihan, Etel ria, Carnac and its menhirs, Auray, Sainte-Anne-d’Auray, and Vannes (medieval town). Maximum number of Pets: 2.
