## The space This apartment of 44 m2 is located at the 3rd level of a building a 4 stairs and has an elevator. It is composed as followed : - fully equipped kitchen opened to the living room with stoves, fridge, oven, micro-wave, expresso coffee machine, kettle - convertible couch in the living room area good for an adult or 2 children (130x200 cm) - the living room has AC, internet - balcony of 10m2 with a table, an outside couch - bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), storage with hangers, dishwasher, dryer, AC - independant toilets - bathroom with a bathtub, sink, hair dryer The apartment has a designed parking spot in the building. ## Guest interaction Guests have access with the agency. Please contact us at least 2 days before arrival in order to confirm your check in time. ## Neighbourhood The apartment is greatly located in the Montfleury discrict of Cannes near all amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, boulangerie, wine cellar, beauty salon, DYI store, barber, printer, laundry, etc. The palais des Festivals is located 20 min away (walking distance) to the apartment and 12 mn away from the train station (walking distance as well). It is a family oriented and peaceful area of Cannes while being in the center of everything ! ## Other things to note Bed linens are included in the reservation : you will have one set of bed linens upon arrival. Please ask to get some for the couch if needed. One towel will be prepared per person upon arrival too. If you need new beddings and/or towels during your stay, please contact the agency in order to get a quote for the extra service. Cleaning is included in the reservation. Please do the dishes before check out and evacuate the trash in the building local trash can. Parties are forbidden / Smoking is forbidden / Pets are forbidden. No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee. No beach towels included.
