Just 16 minutes from the circuit, 14 minutes from Arnage and 12 minutes from the famous Mulsanne corner, it is ideally located for enjoying the festivities to the full while enjoying the peace and quiet of a relaxing stay. The perfect base for experiencing the excitement of the event! Discover this charming house, located in the town of Teloché, just 16 minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans race track. On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils, a dining room that can seat 12 people, and a living room with a television and Wi-Fi connection. You can access a furnished terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the garden with a barbecue. The ground floor comprises a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, each equipped with single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. In total, the house has 12 single beds spread across five bedrooms. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing kit. You have access to a garage, which can accommodate up to 6 motorcycles. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay. Please note: the house does not have private parking, but parking is easy and free on the street, right in front of the house in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
