e Perce Neige is a warm and welcoming wooden chalet for 4 guests, nestled in the heart of Mas de Pinquier, a peaceful holiday village in the natural landscapes of the Causses du Quercy.
Surrounded by oak forests and wildlife, this is the perfect place to unplug, unwind and reconnect with nature. The chalet is fully equipped and offers total privacy, with a private terrace, balcony, and access to a shared swimming pool—often calm thanks to the small size of the property.
While the village is being gradually renovated, the few areas under refurbishment do not affect your comfort or tranquility. All restoration work is done off-season and away from guest areas.
🛏️ Chalet layout:
Ground floor: bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm), bathroom with toilet, equipped kitchen, dining area, private terrace with no overlooking neighbors
Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds (can be combined into a double), cozy living room, balcony overlooking nature
Bed linens, towels, and washcloths included, freshly cleaned by the local laundry service
Whether you’re a couple, a family, or friends seeking peace, simplicity, and nature, Le Perce Neige offers a rare and memorable stay in the heart of the Lot.
My name is Akim, and I have a lifelong bond with the Mas de Pinquier. My father created this special place when I was just four years old, with the dream of turning it into a peaceful haven surrounded by nature.
After living elsewhere for a few years, I moved back two years ago to help bring the property back to life, working alongside the other homeowners to restore its charm and soul.
Born and raised in the Lot, I know this region by heart. I’ve traveled a bit, but for me, nothing compares to this land—and no village touches me as deeply as the Mas de Pinquier. Maybe it's sentimental, but this place truly has a unique atmosphere.
I'll be happy to personally welcome you and share local tips and secret spots to explore during your stay.
