Nestled in the heart of the charming Provençal village of Cabrières-d’Avignon, in the Luberon-Monts de Vaucluse and close to the splendid village of Gordes—ranked among the most beautiful villages in the world—as well as other typical Provençal villages such as L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Roussillon, Ménerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux, Goult, and Oppède-le-Vieux, Le Mazet de Cabrières-d’Avignon is the ideal place for an authentic and peaceful stay in Provence. This traditionally built house, with its old stone charm, is carefully decorated in Provençal style. It offers complete equipment for your comfort: dishes and utensils, TV, fiber-optic Wi-Fi ideal for remote work, new bedding (June 2024) with a 160x200 cm bed and a 140x200 cm bed, ironing equipment, gas barbecue, and deckchairs. On the ground floor, you will find a living-dining room with an open, fully equipped Provençal kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one open onto the landing), a shower room, and separate toilets. Le Mazet also has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Located on a quiet street near the magnificent private castle from the 11th/12th century, Le Mazet de Cabrières-d’Avignon benefits from a peaceful, intimate Provençal garden and a covered, shaded terrace near the olive and cypress trees, with secure access for parking bicycles or motorbikes.
