Carefully furnished apartment of approx. 35 m2 with a magnificent view of the bay of Théoule and the red rocks of the Esterel through a beautiful terrace of approx. 10 m2. Located in a tree-lined residence with swimming pool, in the beautiful Miramar district, 5 minutes' walk from the sea and the Figueirette harbor. The apartment is calm and fresh, giving the impression of being in a small independent house. Private, numbered parking is available.
In the highly sought-after Miramar district (seafront), apartment set in a 3-hectare wooded park with access (on foot) to the beaches and Port de la Figuerette (diving club, straw huts, restaurants, etc.) via digicode gate. Convenience store 5 minutes away by car.
