Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Combrit, this charming apartment within a house, exposed full-south to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The flat is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed - A mezzanine with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) - A shower room with Italian shower - A separate toilet Outside : - Three small balconies (access from the bedroom, the living room and the dining area) - An outdoor space with terrace on the first floor, with dining table and bench. A barbecue and parasol are also available to enjoy the warm weather. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Other remarks: - The house is separated into two 70 m² units which can be rented together on request. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - A washing machine is available in the residence, 100 metres from the accommodation. - Free internet access (wifi) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The house is ideally located in Combrit, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Nearby: - Bénodet located at 9 km (11 minutes by car). - Pont l'abbé located at 6 km (9 minutes by car). - Quimper : 16.2 km (19 minutes by car). - The forest of Fouesnant located at 20.2 km (25 minutes by car). - Île Tudy located 8 km (11 minutes by car). Activities Come and discover the Bigouden region by staying in this house between land and ocean. - Tourist sites: Abri du marin, the Napoleonic fort, the lighthouse of the pointe de sainte Marine, the botanical park of Cornouailles... Visit the seaside resort of Bénodet or go to Pont l'abbé, a famous historical town in Brittany considered by "Maupassant" as "the most Breton of the Breton towns". - Sporting activities: many hikes are possible such as the GR34 trail, discover the polders circuit, the Roscouré wood circuit or go cycling on the Combrit mountain bike loop. You can also practice many water activities... - A 1km wooded footpath in a Natura 2000 area is located 50m from the house to reach the "Treustel" beach - Gastronomic heritage: Kig Ha Farz, langoustines from the port of Guilvinec.... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the place dedicated to the flat which can accommodate a vehicle (place n°2).
