This charming 130 m² house in Portbail can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely living room, a large fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a 50 m² garden! The accommodation comprises : Ground floor - A 30 m² living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, books and TV. - A large, fully-equipped kitchen, including a five-burner gas hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher... - A dining area with two large farm tables and benches. - Separate WC On the first floor : - Bedroom 1: a large ‘Hokusai’ master bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a ‘detective novel’ bookcase - Bedroom 2 : ‘Pondicherry’: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3 ‘Pirates’ : two single beds (90×190) - Shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, high chair, cot, security gate, etc. Outside : - A beautiful enclosed garden of 50 m², facing south, equipped with deckchairs, a barbecue, as well as a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather. A blue gate leads to the wild garden, uncultivated for part of the year, with an orchard at the back. This garden, located to the rear of the house, is accessible via an easement shared with the local residents. - A garage, not accessible by vehicles, is used as a laundry room.
