Welcome to the newly renovated Kimi Résidence. Looking for a cosy and calm location in Cannes? Kimi is the place for you. Kimi offers free parking as well as all the amenities you require for a relaxing stay in Cannes. Located in the most prestigious suburb of Cannes, Kimi is away from the noise and business of the city. The beach is still close being 15 minutes walk away.
