Villa "La Fauvette" is a 2 min walk from Aulnay-Sous-Bois train and bus station. For visiting Paris, RER B brings you to Paris Gare du Nord in less than 20 min, TER brings you to Paris Gare du Nord in 10 min. Charles De Gaule Airport is 13 to 20 min by RER B. You will have access to the ground floor of the Villa with 2 bedrooms, open kitchen to living/dining room, shower room. You will have outdoor and a small garden to chill in.
Bonjour, Hello, Ola! Welcome to the Villa la Fauvette. In 1800’s the Villa was built for a Parisiens business man, a feather trader. He named it “Villa la Fauvette” The Villa survived over time and my family and I are so keen to restore and preserve it, so we decided to partially rent it occasionally when we are on vacation or away. The income from the partial rent will help bring the Villa to its glorious day! For those who are visiting Paris for the first time and would like guidelines/ recommendations/suggestions, please message me and I will be please to give you tips.
