In Belgentier, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 25 m² air-conditioned house in the heart of an olive grove, overlooking the hill, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It features an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), a private garden and a terrace. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises: - An 18 m² living room with sofa bed, Fire TV (access to Netflix, Dysney+ and Prime Video) and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, airfryer, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan. Exterior: At the rear of the property, on the hillside, you will find a flat, unoverlooked area of around 100 m2 under the pine trees, with a private, south-facing, 18 m2 wooden terrace with furniture for enjoying the fine weather. There is also a reserved parking space on the 5,000 m² property, which is fully enclosed and surrounded by olive trees. - A shared, unheated 4mx8m swimming pool, open 9am to 8pm in high season, 9am to 8pm in low season. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
