Located 3 km from the centre of Paimpol and 200 m from a 600-hectare forest, this superb independent stone house of 130 m², fully renovated in 2022, offers you all the comfort and space needed for a pleasant stay close to the beaches. The property features a bright open space of 70 m² including: - A modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer, - A comfortable living room with a 100 cm HD flat-screen TV and access to various platforms, - A veranda overlooking a private landscaped garden of 600 m², as well as a terrace with countryside views. There are 3 bedrooms: - On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 180 cm bed made up of 2 identical beds and an en-suite bathroom with WC, - Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds, - A bathroom with WC upstairs. Amenities include Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. A free private parking space is available for your car. A babysitting service and a shuttle from the train station are available for an extra fee. Beach towels can also be provided for a supplement. Pets: dog accepted with a fee (cat not accepted). Electricity is included. For heating, consumption will be calculated according to the meter reading, with a daily allowance of 10 kWh/day offered. Just 200 m away, a vast forest invites you for wonderful walks.
