Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 8,000 m². The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed and TV - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), a shower room with shower and vanity unit - A separate WC Additional equipment : high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A heated swimming pool (shared with the owner) measuring 11x5m, open from April to October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. For children's safety, the pool is fenced and locked. Please note that it is forbidden to eat around the pool. - A private, unshared garden of around 8000 m². - A 25m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
