Located in a quiet area of Beaussais-sur-Mer, you'll be able to get around on foot for all your needs, with the town 800m away and the carrefour market 300 m away.
There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house, and in less than 5 minutes you can be on the sandy beaches of St Jacut de la Mer and Lancieux.
For a change of scenery, visit St Lunaire, St Briac or St Cast in less than 15 min. The beautiful coast of Dinard is less than 15 min away, and St Malo in 20 min. If you're not interested in the coast, Dinan is just 20 minutes away.
