In a 70-hectare wetland, a Sensitive Natural Area and labeled Territories of Wild Fauna, you will stay near the Abbey of Ile Chauvet (5.8 km) and the port of Champs (9.2 km). Further excursions will take you to Noirmoutier (bridge 30 km, Passage du Gois 20 km) or to the beaches of La Bernerie en Retz (20 km) or La Barre de Monts (30 km). This renovated house offers you, on the ground floor, a laundry room, a living room/lounge/kitchen with a dartboard and a veranda with an exceptional view of the marsh (binoculars available for wildlife observation). A hallway leads to the first two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed), a bathroom, a toilet (accessible via one step), and a relaxation area.
