Located on the garden level, it consists of a lovely living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a workspace, and a sleeping area. The accommodation is arranged as follows: - A 20m² living room with a sofa bed (140x190), smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area - An equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, pot and utensils for shellfish... - A sleeping area with a double bed (140x190) - A bathroom with a shower, sink cabinet, washing machine, and toilet - A workspace Exterior: - A 15m² terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days - A private 70m² garden - A private underground parking space Arrival is autonomous (no key handover). Access to the accommodation is managed by a smart lock.
