Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Port-Leucate, this charming apartment of 40 m2, with wifi, air-conditioned, at 150 m of the beach, in a calm and raised residence, and being able to accomodate 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the southern sun. Wifi, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition: 15e per bed / towels 10e (1 large and 1 small) / 2 bath mats and 3 tea towels 10e. Rental and payment to be made with our partner on site. - With or without the option for the cleaning, thank you to leave the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness, to clean the household appliances after use, and to empty the dustbins.
