Du Côté de chez Sou is a genuine guest house. Sancie and Sylvain offer you a warm and friendly welcome to their home, where we make sure you have a relaxing stay and can enjoy the wonders of the mountains in all seasons.

Property information

Sou welcomes you to a pretty traditional Savoyard farmhouse built in 1861 and recently renovated. The furnishings have been designed to be both contemporary for added comfort, while respecting the charm of the old to retain the original authenticity, to give the place a warm, friendly character all its own. Ideally located, the chalet is situated at the entrance to the Carroz d'Araches ski resort, just a 10-minute walk from the village centre, with the added bonus of a ski bus stop at the foot of the house, providing access to the cable car in less than 5 minutes. Less than an hour from Annecy and Geneva airport, and just 20 minutes from the motorway leading to Chamonix and Italy, the village of Les Carroz d'Araches is the gateway to the Grand Massif ski area...

The chalet is located at the entrance to Les Carroz d'Araches ski resort, a 10-minute walk from the village centre. As an added bonus, there is a ski bus stop right outside the house, and the cable car can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
