Facing Lake Annecy, Cote Ouest is a 15-minute drive from Annecy Train Station. It offers self-catering accommodation, free Wi-Fi throughout, and a continental breakfast is available at a supplement. The apartments feature a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a terrace with views of the surrounding mountains and lake. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and the private bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer. The fully-equipped kitchens have a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, a coffee machine and kitchenware. Bakeries, shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance. Ironing and laundry facilities are also provided, and a concierge service, bike rental and in-room breakfast service are available. Nearby outdoor activities include water activities on Lake Annecy during summer, as well as hiking and paragliding. There is a private beach located next to the property offering special offers and activities for guests. In the winter Cote Ouest offers a shuttle service to numerous ski resorts, which are within 35 km of the property.
