Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 30 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is composed as follows - A 30 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, dining area and loggia overlooking the port/sea. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and loggia - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
