Château de la Verie is a 16th-century, historic listed castle set in a 17-acre wooded park with ponds and rivers. It boasts a heated outdoor pool open from May to September and is located 15 minutes' drive from the Vendée seaside. Guest rooms are modern and are equipped with a TV and telephone. All rooms have a private bathroom. Free WiFi connection is available throughout the hotel. A buffet breakfast is served every morning. With free private parking on site, the hotel is located a 5-minute drive from Challans city centre and a 20-minute drive from St Gilles Croix de Vie fishing village.
