Property information

Alan and Elodie are delighted to welcome you to their star-rated apartment, ideally located (easy access to St. Malo intra muros, Cancale, Mont St. Michel via the beautiful Emerald Coast, or the expressway connecting to Rennes). They will do everything they can to ensure your stay is pleasant. Located on the street side but not overlooked as the residence overlooks the street. (The apartment is very well insulated, and our main residence is located in the same way, but we prefer to warn you that the street, although limited to 50 km/h, is busy.) Travel cot available upon request, subject to availability. A first roll of toilet paper and first trash bag are provided. Cleaning must be done before your departure to leave the apartment as it was upon your arrival. Optional cleaning is available for 40euros, excluding dishes, to be paid to the on-site housekeeper, whom we will notify if you prefer this option. Linens are available upon request for those who cannot bring their own (departure before 10 a.m. if provided And supply possible even in And supply possible even at the last minute ). Free street parking is available. We're available daily from 7am to 8pm. We'll send you a detailed message one week before your arrival; please confirm receipt. See you soon!
