Stunning mountain scenery greets you at the luxurious Chalet Etoile situated only 1km outside of the charming traditional French village of Abondance with its delightful restaurants and cafes.
Chalet Etoile boasts a large, modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
The open plan lounge is fully equipped with free wifi, TV, BluRay player. It has a pellet burner perfect for cosy evenings. Double height windows for idyllic mountain views. Close to the ski and mountain bike centres.
The property manager is near by if there are any problems.
There are hundreds of kms of ski pistes locally from green to black for all abilities. Multiple mountain biking and hiking trails across the surrounding hills. In the winter you can snow shoe and enjoy Porsche Ice Driving. Fantasticable is a high altitude zip wire between mountain peaks and locally the Gorge to Pont Diable is a naturally form deep gorge which is fun to explore.
French mountain cuisine is provided at all the many local restaurants.
Geneva airport is 1hr 25 mins by car. Bus stop at bottom of main driveway means easy access to the 3 ski centres and the mountain biking park. Car transportation makes visiting places of natural beauty such as lac la plagne far easier.
Ferries to cross nearby lake geneva operate frequently. Evian les Bain and Thonon les bains are 25 minutes by car.
