Set of two houses located on the ocean side, close to the supervised beach of the little train. Set in a quiet location on a lovely wooded plot.
The main house features an open-plan kitchen, a living-dining room opening onto a covered terrace and the garden. It comprises two bedrooms, an independent toilet and a bathroom.
Independent at the bottom of the garden is a renovated outbuilding with bathroom and separate toilet, living room with kitchenette, a ground-level bedroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
