## The space This apartment located in a secure luxury residence is accessible from a lift. This living room opens onto a superb fully furnished 13m² terrace. - A sleeping area with a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. - A bedroom with closet, large window and 160cm bed Fully air-conditioned apartment, wifi, on the 4th floor. Terrace overlooking interior courtyard. Rare location, less than 10 minutes from Gravette beach and Ponteil beach. Less than 100m from the pedestrian area of ​​old Antibes and 500m from the Provençal market. ## Guest access Tenants have access to the entire accommodation. ## Guest interaction I live in Cannes and work in Antibes. I am therefore often in the area to help you in case of need. Our agency is also located a few steps from this accommodation. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact us to see our availability (additional costs possible). An autonomous arrival is however possible on request with a key to be collected in a secure key box. ## Other things to note We offer luxury services, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price (1 kit per bed + 1 medium shower towel per person). Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash cans thrown away. No parking spot No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee. Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service. One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.

You are only 10 minutes walk from the beaches: La Gravette, La Salis. ## Getting around Antibes SNCF train and bus station is about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. By car, the journey from Nice airport is around 20/30 minutes depending on traffic. If you don't have a car, you can either take a taxi from the airport or a bus (N°250) which will drop you off at "Place du Général de Gaulle" in Antibes (5 minutes walk from the accommodation).
