Studio + terrace with private entrance Located on a small street away from the main road, stay in Nice in an authentic neighborhood where you'll find all the local shops: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants, snack... while enjoying a quiet location and close to public transport. Bus stop in front of the studio The bus runs every 8 minutes (lines 8+ and 57) Gorbella tram stop is a 10-minute walk away (line 1) Liberation Market is a 15-minute walk away Accommodation: Independent entrance opening onto the terrace. Main room includes a sitting area (double sofa bed 140x190), a small dining table, television, console table, and dressing room, as well as a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200). Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, electric hob, cooking utensils, fridge, and freezer). Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and toilet.
