Just 4 minutes from Metro Line 1 (Esplanade) and 15 minutes from RER A, providing direct access to the Champs-Élysées (20 min), the Eiffel Tower (30 min), and Disneyland (1h). Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Capacity: 4 guests (double bed + sofa bed). Perfect for exploring Paris. Mobility lease available upon request.
