Idéalement situé sur la mythique route des sanguinaires, appartement tout confort à la décoration soignée, entièrement rénové, à proximité des plages, des commerces et des transports (arrêt de bus résidence des îles), très lumineux, calme proposant une belle vue sur mer. Un grand balcon/terrasse de 21 m2 ajoute à ce logement une véritable pièce à vivre d'extérieur, permettant de prendre ses repas face à la mer. Ideally located on the mythical road of the sanguinaires, apartment any comfort with the neat decoration, completely renovated, near the beaches, the businesses and the transports (bus stop residence des iles), very luminous, calm proposing a beautiful sight on sea. A large balcony/terrace of 21 m2 adds to this apartment a real outdoor living room, allowing to take its meals facing the sea.
