If you like to recharge your batteries in a quiet and peaceful environment, but not being isolated, i invite you to come and see my cosy house which is decorated with a lot of wood and self made furniture. The japonised garden with its poetic trees and view over the mountains will seduce you.
Welcome to my comfortable little paradise near to the gate of the natural park "Cevennes". I am Marianne and although i was born in the Netherlands in the late sixties, i moved to France in the mid nineties for the way of life of the frenchies. 10 years ago i bought this house and since then i work hard on gardening and making chairs and other furniture of wood (my brandname is Made in Anduze). This year i renovated the master bedroom in a sustainability way and outside summer time you can rent it as B&B (Eco-lune de miel). You want to know how i managed this renovation? I'd love to meet you for discussion!
THE MUST near to Anduze: Bambouseraie (biggest bambou forest in Europe) - 2 km from the center of Anduze The bridge of the Gard (le pont du Gard): an amazing romain bridge built 2000 years ago to bring water to the city of Nîmes (also worth visiting) For all tourist information look at the site of "cevennes-tourisme"
