At one minute walking to Can Picafort Beach, this house with terrace welcomes 4 guests looking for a holidays on the beach. The front terrace with awning is perfect to enjoy the first rays of sun. At the first floor there is a rooftop terrace where you can sunbath or prepare a barbecue with the family. The dining-leaving room with a ceiling fan leads you to a courtyard that gives you access to the kitchen with microwave, induction worktop, filter coffee machine and much more. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed of 1, 6 x 0,9 meters, as the second bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed of 1,05 x 0,9 meters. There are two external bathrooms with shower and hair dryer. There is a third bedroom with a window with views to the leaving room, and a bed of 1,35 x 0,9 meters. It is possible to host 6 guests under demand. There is a washing machine, an iron/board iron as well as a cot and highchair.

Can Picafort is at the North of Majorca; it is famous for the find sandy beaches and the wide range of restaurants and leisure activities. You can visit Alcudia’s old town, playing golf at Alcanada, spending a funny day at the Hidropark in Alcudia’s Port or visiting Formentor’s lighthouse. During the low season, the area is more quite to practice hiking and cycling.
