The villa is set in a quiet residential area made up of similar detached homes, offering a peaceful and safe environment to relax. A pleasant 20-minute walk takes you to the heart of San Juan de los Terreros, where you'll find two supermarkets, a pharmacy, local bakeries, ice cream parlours, and a great variety of bars, restaurants, and typical beachside chiringuitos. On Sundays, the village hosts a lively local market, perfect for picking up fresh produce or souvenirs. During the summer months, enjoy free open-air concerts every evening in the main square—a favourite with both locals and visitors. There’s free parking available in the village centre and near the main beach. While you can walk to many places, having a car is the best way to explore the stunning coastline, hidden coves, nearby golf courses, and attractions like the Pulpí Geode, the nature park of Cabo de Gata, or even a day trip to the historical cities of Lorca or Cartagena.
