Villa Ses Costes is located on a sloping plot with a lot of vegetation, so it is distributed in two separate houses that are connected by stairs. Going up the first staircase, you find the first house that has a living room with an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room and the kitchen there is access to a large covered terrace with a dining table from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Going up another staircase, we arrive at the second house that is distributed on two levels: on the first level there is the master bedroom with a King size bed and its private bathroom (shower with sink and separate toilet). This room communicates via the external staircase with the part that highlights this beautiful property the most: a large terrace with the pool, a pergola where six sun loungers fit so you can place them in the shade during the hottest and sunniest hours of the day, a dining table from where you can enjoy unbeatable views of the Alaró peaks and nature. Also, there is a small house with a living room with a comfortable sofa and a large TV, a breakfast bar with stools, and a kitchen equipped with a barbecue and everything you need to cook. The television can be rotated to be able to see it from the terrace and the pool area. Villa Ses Costes is completely renovated and combines modern style with rustic charm. The property is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in the living room of the first house and the three bedrooms, ceiling fans in the little house above.

The main square of the town with various cafeterias and bars with terraces, is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Exploring the narrow streets around the main square is a good plan for all tastes. The closest sandy beaches are Playa de Alcudia and Playa de Muro, famous for their fine sand and highly recommended for both young people and families with small children, are located about 30 minutes away by car.
