The villa Pepa is located in Chilches and overlooks the sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. On top of that, a pool table is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool which is available year-round, a garden, 3 open terraces, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. A parking space is available in a garage. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 1 pet (max. 15 kg) is allowed for a fee. A later check-out is possible for a fee. Parties and/or events are not allowed. Please note that the pool can be used at night as long as the volume is kept low (playing music is only allowed until 11 pm). The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
