Menorca Habitat is a company based on the island of Menorca, dedicated to vacation rentals since 1992. Villa Llevant is a big house with capacity of up to 10 people. The villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en-suite, a large living room, a large kitchen and an additional bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom in each one and a terrace. NEW FOR 2024: all bedrooms have air conditioning. Outside the villa has a covered dining area, barbecue and private pool. Another highlight of the house is its marvelous sea view.

Villa Llevant is located in one of the quietest parts of the beautiful resort of Cala Galdana. Next to the villa, there are viewpoints to enjoy the scenic views, and nearby is the Camí de Cavalls, a hiking route through the extense pine forrest that leads to the beaches of Mitjana and Trebaluger, wonderful. Cala Galdana is a resort with all kinds of services. As activities, we recommend a kayak tour or to walk along the Cami de Cavalls to Cala Mitjana (20 min) or Cala Macarella (1 hour). You can rent a boat and nearby there is as well a horse riding place.
