👀 From October to April, Tulia transforms into a Community Guesthouse: a place where you can stay longer, move daily, meet like-minded people, and enjoy the natural rhythm of Tenerife. 🌿 Our season is divided into 4 unique moments: 🌀 Oct 10 – Nov 30: Trail & Ocean Season Our favorite time to be outside: strong ocean waves, perfect hiking temperatures, and the island at its most alive. 🧘 Dec 1 – 19: Short Reset Season A gentle 10-day window before the holidays, ideal for slow mornings, soft movement, and peaceful reconnection. 🎭 Jan 19 – Feb 28: Focus & Carnival Season Find your rhythm with productive coworking days, daily outdoor movement, and the vibrant celebration of Carnival. 🌸 Mar 1 – Apr 5: Spring Trail Season The mountains are green, the days longer, perfect for trail runs, volcano climbs, and sunny spring energy. 💻 Coworking-friendly spaces 🏡 Private apartments & shared outdoor areas 🏃‍♀️ Group hikes, yoga, outdoor training & more We also open in Spring/Summer (May–Sept) and from Dec. 20 to Jan. 18 for short-term holidays, solo escapes or a sunny workation. 👀 GOOD TO KNOW: 👉 We do not have central heating. We provide electric, portable heaters and extra blankets in every apartment. 👉 We have a little pool good for a dip, not a big swimming pool :) / From April to October, we do not heat the pool area. Discover our 17th-century Canarian house, which has been carefully restored to preserve its original structure. Its its authenticity and character have also been conserved through exposed beams and bricks, and wooden floors. Our place offers you the perfect balance between the charm of the ancient and the comfort of the modern, between communal spaces and privacy through its private apartments and many spaces: a coworking space, an indoor pool and its terrace facing the ocean and mountains, a patio with our protected Dragon Tree and a little roof terrace to enjoy the sun.

For us, Tenerife represents the passion of the Teide volcano that oversees the island, the wisdom of the mystical forests of Anaga, the power of the ocean and the sweetness of life. Los Realejos takes pride in conserving their traditional and cultural values, and is considered one of the most festivity municipalities in Spain - this vibrant town has nearly 80 celebrations and festivities every year. In a single day, it's easy to go hiking at the foot of Teide in the morning, eat by the ocean at lunchtime, find a natural volcanic pool to swim in in the afternoon and party in the evening - if the energy is there!
