** 1 or 2 days before arrival at the hotel, we will send you WhatsApp to pass us ID/Passports of the people who will be staying at the hotel.
If this information is not provided and we must go to the hotel outside reception hours you will have to pay a supplement of 10€.
The same day of arrival we will send you WhatsApp the code to be able to access from 15h to the hotel/room.
** Only the number of people specified in the reservation, whether adults and/or children, can be accommodated in the hotel. In case there are more people, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge the expenses of the same if they can not be relocated by paying the difference in price in the room that corresponds according to the number of people who are actually.
** Bicycles are NOT allowed in the rooms.
We have a safe place inside the hotel where we can store them, this service has a cost of 8 €. They can be picked up from 8hrs, NOT before.
We have space to store a maximum of 6 bicycles.
