Magnifique villa dans une impasse privée surplombant la ville de Denia. Piscine privative avec vue sur mer et montagne. Très agréable! Environnement exceptionnel à l’abri des regards et végétation méditerranéenne (Olivier, figuier, vignes, bougainvillier, palmiers…. Intérieur composé de 3 chambres dont 2 avec leur salle de bain en suite. Clim et wifi dans toutes les pieces. Smart TV Netflix, Amazon Prime, Abri de voiture, Ping Pong… Promenades en montagnes, plages, criques , grand centre ville…
