Property information

The seaside location, comfy furniture and most of all the impeccable cleanliness make our apartments unique. All of the apartments are fully equipped with all a family with kids or group of friends might need for a perfect stay. The area is safe and very well communicated by public transport to the city centre, there are many supermarkets, restaurants and terraces, at less than 10 minutes` walk from the beach. The apartments offer a wonderful view to the city of Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea.

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is very safe and clean, there are 2 big parks nearby and the beach is at 10 minutes walk. There are 2 big shopping centers, Diagonal Mar and Glories also at walking distance. The conference center CCIB - Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona is also at 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and terraces nearby and for those guests travelling by car there is free parking behind the building. The Agbar Tower, the beach, Diagonal Mar, Port Olimpic and Sagrada Familia are the atranctions that can be easily reached by foot from the building. The city center, Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia are 10 min subway ride away.
