Our apartment of 38 m2 in the historic center faces the Picasso museum and will give you easy access to Malaga's main attractions. A wide variety of bars, shops, museums, restaurants, and city center beaches are all within walking distance. You will have a fully equipped holiday home inspired by Picasso's art to feel Malaga experience to the fullest. Attention: -Since all the windows are facing the inner patio, this studio is very quiet, however it does not get much daylight. -The property is located at the ground floor Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door. For the exterior door, you will need to use a physical key that we will provide upon your arrival. Note: We manage this entire building and have multiple apartments available! If you are interested in renting more than one apartment for your stay and enjoying the convenience of having your whole group together, please contact us and we will provide more information. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
