Property information
Recently purchased (2020), Orquidea has been completely redecorated inside and out and has been fitted with new beds and furnishings making it look super clean and fresh.
Neighbourhood information
Puerto Calero is the most expensive real estate in Lanzarote. The spectacular marina has many beautiful yachts and power boats. You can sit in one of the many restaurants and lounge bars and enjoy the fabulous views. There are several designer shops as well as cafes and a small supermarket which is open 7 days a week.
Just a short 5 minute drive away is the main resort of Puerto del Carmen.
