The NEXO apartment in Salou is located 200 m from the beach, close to public transport links (buses), shopping areas, and about 10 minutes from PortAventura. The 56 m² property consists of: - A living room with two single pull-out beds. - A bedroom with a 1.50 m bed facing an interior courtyard. - A small, well-equipped American-style kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, small dishwasher, toaster, Italian coffee maker, and capsule coffee machine. - A bathroom with a small shower tray (60 x 60 cm) and washable curtain. Previously there was a shower screen, but it was replaced with a curtain for greater comfort when showering. - A washing machine. You have an open terrace at the back of the building with views of gardens and another property. No window or door of the apartment faces directly onto the road, making it free from vehicle noise. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, and television. Bed linen is provided; for towels, please consult the owner (available for an extra fee). The building has an elevator. This rental features energy and water-saving characteristics, and sustainable materials have been used in the property's insulation.
