The house features a private, 10 m x 5 m chloring pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 m to 2.1 m, where you can refresh yourself at any time. It is surrounded by a terrace with 8 sun loungers and an exterior shower; a nice place for sunbathing. The pool table you will be able to organize exciting family-tournaments. On the spacious, 100 m2 porch you can relax or make a tasty barbecue in the evening. At the same time, this cottage is the home of two horses. You can visit, but not ride them and they are in an enclosed area. The house owner lives nearby and daily drops by to feed the animals, so you won't have to care about anything. The interiors are comfortable and an ample sitting-dining room invites you to watch satellite-TV or a DVD. A cup of tea by the fireplace is, especially in winter, a romantic experience. The colourful kitchen with gas hob has anything you may need to cook up a feast. The laundry is shared with the owner and there you'll find a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This house offers two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. One double bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with shower and bath tub. All bedrooms are equipped with one fan each. A cot and a high chair are also available. In addition to the bathroom en-suite, there is a shower bathroom. This lovely house has central heating. The owner has paid great attention to the environment and has installed solar cells. For this reason, moderate power consumption is requested. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome. Please note that, on the grounds, you will find another property where the maintenance staff lives.
