New, fully furnished, modern, cosy apartment in MIRADOR de Calpe building. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with 55 inch Samsung QLED with Astra European channels and Netflix streaming TV. Wi-Fi - 50 Mb. A large glazed terrace with pleated blinds has a dining table for 4-6 persons, sofa and two armchairs to enjoy Mediterranean seaviews, Ifach mountain and city center views. Located only 150 m from the Arenal Beach, the best sand beach in Calpe. Two swimming pools for adults and children. Paddle tennis court, children playground. A private parking and a storage room for your comfortable holiday. It is ideally located just few steps from the city center, children amusement park, cafes and supermarkets, such as MyMercat (the most expensive but with a big choice of European products), Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Baltica, etc. McDonald's and Burger King are 300 m from the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning and individual heating. This will be definitely the best holiday in your life!
My family spends each summer in Calpe. After we came here in 2008, we could not change this wonderful place.
